arrayWoRx®e Biochip Reader

Product Overview

When the majority of your time and effort is focused on experiment design and implementation, you need a scanner that provides straightforward and reliable results. The arrayWoRxe Biochip Reader meets your needs with streamlined image acquisition, easy to use software, and optional upstream and downstream data management with automated image analysis – all in a compact package. The arrayWoRxe Biochip Reader not only supports today’s applications of gene expression and SNP detection, it also provides imaging capability for expanding applications such as protein and tissue arrays. Our white-light CCD-based system provides the highest quality images available today along with more accurate and repeatable microarray results.

Scanning a slide is easy. Simply load the slide, choose the scanning parameters for your experiment, and scan. Parameters that are customizable include: scan area, resolution, number of channels, & exposure time. Once the desired parameters have been selected they can be save as a "preset" for future use. Additional standard features include: a barcode reader, resolution calculator, .tiff output and rotation.
