Integrating your experiment parameters, chemistry, array configuration and image data can be a tedious process. With the softWoRx Tracker Microarray Experiment Management and Analysis Software, we do the integration for you by linking robot printing information and microtiter well content data to the acquired image. The software automatically analyzes intensity levels for each spot and flags poor quality spots - providing you with greater quality control. The result is a seamlessly linked experiment, from the protocols used to generate the microarray upstream to the microarray analysis provided downstream.
Upstream Management
Using softWoRx Tracker software map the movement of liquids from any source location to any destination location either individually or as a group. Within minutes, highly intuitive tools help configure and map microplates, slides, and entire platform workspaces from different liquid dispensing systems. Additionally, you can link experiment annotations to your scanned images for further analysis. Image Analysis
Not only is microarray analysis fast and easy with softWoRx Tracker software, you also realize quality experiment control. Spot finding and intensity evaluation for hundreds of microarray images is simple. Intensity values and user annotations are seamlessly tied through a common user interface. Additionally, you can link this information to a Web database or integrate it into a new or existing database.
