- When registering the software, select permanent license.

- You must have administrative rights on your computer to install and register the software.
- This software must be registered with a license before it can be used to load images.
- Registration must be performed on the computer the software will run on.
- licenses cannot be shared between computers.
- If you are having problems with the installation, download the Getting Started Guide in PDF format or visit the FAQ section to provide assistance in setting up softWoRx Explorer.
- If the computer you wish to install is not connected to the internet, you need to request an installation CD by e-mailing our saleshotline@api.com or call us at +1 425.557.1000.

You may purchase and obtain licenses (evaluation or permanent) by e-mailing softworxexplorer@api.com or calling us at 1-888-824-7353 between the hours of 8 AM and 5 PM (PST) Monday through Friday. Please Note: The System ID displayed on the second page of the License Manager is required in order to process the license request. Be sure to include this in your e-mail request or have it available if you call. We apologize for this inconvenience.
