We are introducing a new Service Contract program for our DeltaVision customers. This program provides comprehensive and flexible service options that address your individual needs. This will maximize the return on your investment by minimizing unforeseen delays on your critical projects. Our maintenance service offerings all deliver one thing - peace of mind.
You can now select from three different packages that best fits your service support needs: Platinum, Gold or Silver.
| PLATINUM COVERAGE | 12 (twelve) month coverage on the entire base system and all accessories including but not limited to camera/s, workstation/s, environmental chamber and SoftWoRx Suite. Includes labor, travel costs, one (1) Preventative Maintenance (PM) visit and unlimited phone/email support. Package excludes consumables. |
