Changes to DeltaVision and DeltaVison OMX Order & Support Channels
As part of our continuing commitment to advancing Cellular Imaging and analysis, GE Healthcare Life Sciences acquired Applied Precision Inc. (API) in May 2011. Since the acquisition, API has continued to supply microscopy systems and provided support for DeltaVision, DeltaVision OMX and OEM systems from its headquarters in Issaquah, WA (USA).
We are pleased to announce that we have added resources to our worldwide network to better support you. Starting January 1, 2013, please contact your regional GE Healthcare office for all DeltaVision and DeltaVision OMX orders, service calls and other after-sales support questions. Listed below are links to the contact information for each of the regional sales offices.
Your current contacts in our Sales, Service and Field Application Teams will continue to support you, and we have also added additional resources. Our R&D and manufacturing continue to be based in Issaquah, WA.
