Introducing DeltaVision Monet™, a patent pending localization microscopy technique that utilizes a mixed model fitting procedure to localize fluorophore positions. Monet overcomes the limitation of PALM and STORM techniques with the ability to localize multiple fluorophores within overlapping image spots. This allows a denser activation/switching scheme during image acquisition. As a result, fewer images are required per sample, increasing the speed of image collection and processing as well as reducing artifacts caused by the sample.
